User:ok. My son is 33 month old. He got very dryskin and seems like Atopic dermatitis
User:we went to doctor and using the creams
Doctor:from how long is this
User:4 to 5 days
Doctor:what creams does he use now.
User:mousturizing creams
User:and itch relief
User:at some places it looks healed
User:but around mouth today its so red
Doctor:where else does he have itching.
User:and he had moth ulcer like bumps inside moth one
User:he doesn't have itching on face
Doctor:ok.on the body
User:he has sometimes on stomach and back
User:not always

User:most of the skin is like chiken skin

User:today only we saw mouth ulcer

User:but felt its not viral and went to dermatologist

User:that is for dryskin?
User:ok and what to do for heat?
Doctor:and for ulcers you can use Hi-ora gel which is himalaya product
Doctor:and give tender coconut water, barley water
Doctor:twice a day
Doctor:also b complex syrup 2 tsps twice a day
Doctor:this will reduce in a day or two
User:ya, dermatologist gave multi vitamin

Doctor:also give bland food because he cannot eat properly, then you can give that itself
Doctor:give curd rice, milk, no masala food
Doctor:use mild soap on his body
Doctor:like olay or dove only
User:can we put the moisturinzing cream everytime it dries up?

User:ya, dermatologist gave a soap too
Doctor:you can use this cream immediately after bath within 2 minutes
Doctor:because later the skin dreies up
Doctor:and no effect
Doctor:after that you use in afternoon or evening too
User:then after few hours, if we can see the skin is back dry

Doctor: XXXXXXX the skin dry do not rub vigourously

Doctor:give sufficient water so bodys natural moisture is there
Doctor:and give 2 to 3 tsp of ghee in rice, food
User:generally how many days it will take to heal?
Doctor:sometimes this is seen in winter in some children
Doctor:so it will be there for some time in dry weather
User:generally he sweats lot if there is no air
User:and pushes the blanket away
User:in winter too
User:we couldn't put it back all night
User:will that cause more dryness too?
