User:My child is 19 months
User:she is getting her tooths
User:from 2 days she is getting loose motion
User:her weight is around 10 kg
Doctor:Is it watery ? any foul smell ?
Doctor:any issues with eating ? appetite decreased ?
Doctor:is she able to speak or respond to your speech ?
User:yes, she is able to speak and respond
Doctor:is she playing well or feels weak and is sleepy ?
User:she is very active,
Doctor:how many times has she passed watery stools ?
Doctor:since the last 2 days ?
User:once today, and three times yesterday
Doctor:any fever , vomiting, abdominal pain etc ?
Doctor:most likely, she may be having a food poisoning

Doctor:you can give her some ORS solutions like electral powder with water, to keep her hydrated
User:i tought because of teeth it is
Doctor:teething does not result in loose stools
Doctor:just continue with the ORS, and continue proper feeding , as and when she wants

User:in the night, i try to give more food, that is dal and rice quantity is more, is it because of that
Doctor:in case she develops high fever, vomiting, and if the diarrhea worsens (increases in volume and Frequency) within the next 24 hours, or if your child appears less active, she may need a course of antibiotics , and supportive medications

Doctor:avoid using harsh soaps
Doctor:try Sandal wood soaps or Dove , pears like soaps
