My son is six months old
and is on external feeds since last 2 months
today he seems to be passing slightly watery motion
around 3 times since morning

yesterday i had given him porridge made out of wheat flour
could this be the reason

and there no need to panic
just give in little quantity along with old food
just do not finish the feed only with new food
