User :   11.30 i go to bed nd 6 am awake.
Doctor :   Generally 6 hours is quite sufficient, but it depends on your stress levels
Doctor :   Since you feel you are getting insufficient sleep, try going to bed a little earlier
User :   acctuly i finished my drnk at 10.30 dn dinner

Doctor :   Try eating dinner a bit early by 8:30 pm, so that you can be in the bed by 10pm
Doctor :   If you sleep at 10pm and wake up at 6am , you will have 8 hours of adequate sleep
