User :   Doc suggests a thorough echo cardio but I wonder if necessary, would prefer to die quick than ldie slowly
Doctor :   No it is certainly necessary for you to get that done since teh problem that you have expressed would have the basis in your heart hence even i would like to know if that is fine..

Doctor :   Sleep apnea is a potentially serious sleep disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts.
Doctor :   No
Doctor :   obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea, are teh types..

Doctor :   upper airway obstruction
Doctor :   ok.
Doctor :   Yes that will need to be evaluated
Doctor :   and that is why the Scan of the heart is essential
User :   how much can be attributed to long period of stress?
Doctor :   gas that you are referring to could be the Acid Peptic disease that you might be suffering from and resulting in tis
Doctor :   In what sense since i could not get that
Doctor :   how much can be attributed to long period of stress?
Doctor :   atrial fibrillation or congestive heart failure are more at risk of central sleep apnea.
User :   I had none of the problems when Icame from the US, , have started smoking and didnt sleep properly for 2 years with not enough water to drink and indian food that is oily and has chili
Doctor :   ok.
User :   atrial fibrillation or congestive heart failure What are these?
Doctor :   that speek for your Acid peptic disease and the stress also would result in it
Doctor :   the changes in your heart that could result in Sleep Apnea
User :   Ok so I need a thorough heart check up? Will that solve the gas in any way?
Doctor :   No it will resolve from your regular diet or be kept under check
User :   Do I need the echo cardio and if so what else?
Doctor :   since once a patient of gastritis would have it some time or the other at later date..
