User :   hello, i went to see my GP last week after one night becoming bloated. My stomach quickly became inflated that evening and didnt go after a couple of days so i went to see my doctor, suspecting it was more than trapped gas.
He seemed to show little interest and told me to eat a better diet and it should go in a few days. I have been eating alot better and the bloatedness has gone away, however lying in bed last night i felt my heartrate was quicker than normal and felt my stomach quickly inflate as it had done the week previous. The only difference to my diet last night to the rest of the week was a takeaway pizza, but i cannot remember what i had to eat on the day of the first instance so i cant be sure if that relivent

Doctor :   I think your problem is not worrisome. It is a simple and yes as your doctor said some dietary regulation shall certainly help

User :   i am worried i may have an alergy to some kind of food? as it does seem to come on suddenly and take a while to leave?
Doctor :   Having diet / meal at regular schedules shall help

User :   could this possibly be affacting my sleep pattern as well? as im found it difficult to sleep in the past week
Doctor :   You may watch your daily diet and the day you have these symptoms, you can look back your last day meal

Doctor :   Leave a gap of 2 hours between your last meal of the day and the bed time
Doctor :   Try to have low dairy stuff before the bed time
Doctor :   Increase of fruit and vegetable in the night
User :   ok thank you, these are the kind of things i wanted my GP to tell me
User :   and this may help me get off to sleep easier?

Doctor :   A simple walk after each meal for 10 minutes is the excellent way of dealing such problem / preventing such problems
