User :   My skull has significant indents on the right side that were never there before. What may this be?
Doctor :   hi
Doctor :   Was there any history of trauma
User :   No
Doctor :   Can you describe in detail
Doctor :   Like size/ colour/ pain / swelling
User :   When I take my fingers on both sides of my head and move them from the front of my head to the back there are indents in between bthe bone on my right side (concaved). No pain or swelling. I also have a spot on my left side that is numb (like it was shot with novocaine, about a silver dollar size.
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Then its fine
Doctor :   Its probably there for long you might have noticed recently
Doctor :   Unless there is history of trauma / swelling / pain with assciated headachess and blurring vision

Doctor :   Yes need not worry
User :   What about foggy mind, memory changes, concentration problems, hard time coming up with words, thinking of a word but saying a different word, mixing words up (like instead of sunset I would say setsun)?
Doctor :   May i know your age?
User :   I thought the indentations would have been related to my other symptoms. I am 47 years old.
Doctor :   No nothing like that
Doctor :   As age progresses there is always an associated memory loss which is normal
Doctor :   It does happen i guess you dont face these troubles all tim e
Doctor :   Its only occasionally right?
User :   Lately, they are getting worse and worse. I also have occasional urinary incontinence, have wet the bed 3-4 times, have lost control of my bladder in public.
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Do you face this problem from long or after having these indents
User :   Worse after indents.
Doctor :   Then you will require an CT scan for the same
User :   Also, chronic nausea, chronic constipation and severe restless leg syndrome...
Doctor :   You had not mentioned this previously
Doctor :   I would suggested you for an examination then
User :   Neurologist?
Doctor :   Yes with an CT scan BRAIN
User :   I am nervous that it may be multiple sclerosis...
Doctor :   How can that be confirmed without tests
Doctor :   You dont have any confirmatory signs for it
