User :   i am on strict diet for the last 3 months to lose weight along with one hour of gym
User :   i did an urine test and there was traces of ketones
User :   pls advise if it will have any adverse effect because of the ketone in urine

User :   but i do not remember the reading
Doctor :   Ok if there is positive glucose then you should check for Diabetes
Doctor :   If there is no glucose in the urine, then it means that you are not taking good amount of carbohydrates

User :   no if i remember right it was nil . my blood test for sugar was also normal
