Doctor :   How can I help you?
User :   Can I know whether eating lion dates syrup with milk in night will increase weight ?
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Yes it would increase weight especially if taken with whole milk as both milk and dates are calorie dense.
Doctor :   However, if you are taking dates for iron supplementation, it is better not to take it with milk
Doctor :   As iron is dates cannot be absorbed due to calcium in milk.
