Doctor :   It is just a condition in which the motility of the bowel is increased.
Doctor :   The exact cause for this is yet to be discovered.
Doctor :   However, they are associated with few factors.
Doctor :   Factors such as diet, stress, life style and genetic factors.
Doctor :   Hence few modifications in your dietary habits, life style and stress management should make you feel better.
Doctor :   Some of those measures include
Doctor :   1. Avoiding hot and spicy food.
Doctor :   2. Restricting the use of caffeine, alcohol
Doctor :   3. If you find that your symptoms are precipitated by certain diet or special food items, you may have to avoid it.

Doctor :   5. Good sleep, yoga and meditation.
Doctor :   You do not need any medications or multiple tests.
