User :   In every 2-3 months I face the following problems for 10-15 days: Excess sleeping, tiredness negative thougths in mind Not able to concentrate on study
Due to this, my studies get affected. Pls advise what to do to get rid of above problems ?

Doctor :   are these related to stress levels ?
User :   sometimes related to stress level. But i would like to inform u that, since last 2 days, I am suffered with the problem of excess sleeping but there was no stress at all.
Doctor :   usually human mind gets saturated with monotonous and stressful work in 1.5 to 2 months
Doctor :   and starts leading to stress effects and symptoms like need for excessive sleeping, loss of appetite, body pain, inability to concenrate etc
Doctor :   how many hours do you usually sleep?
User :   the symptoms told by you are the same which i feel.
Doctor :   is it undisturbed sleep? or do you tend to wake up in between?
User :   usually, I sleep for about 6-7 hours.
Doctor :   is there snoring or momentarily waking up associated?
User :   undisturbed sleep but sometimes i tend to wake up in between.
Doctor :   are you aware of your body movements when you are sleeping?
User :   no. ..there is no snoring or momentarily waking up
User :   I am trying to follow a sleep schedule - to go to bed at 10 pm and to wake up at 4 am in the morning but not able to do the same
User :   yes..m aware

Doctor :   ok. what kind of movements are generally happening?
User :   chest on the bed or back on the bed
Doctor :   is the movements consisting of rapid leg movements? has anyone observed you sleeping?
User :   no..nobody has observed me sleeping. No rapid leg movements
Doctor :   ok. then it could be related to stress and brain saturation
User :   what shall i do to get rid of stress ?
Doctor :   take a break evry 1.5 to 2 months time for a day or two and relax
Doctor :   go ahead with doing things that you enjoy
Doctor :   spend time in your interests, play games, be with friends (not at work)
Doctor :   take warm bath, go for walks
User :   I am a CA student and would like to know if I study continuously for 24 hours or more...will there be any adverse affect of not sleeping ?
Doctor :   it wuill definitely affect you
User :   Is it important to sleep everyday ?
Doctor :   you need good rest of atleast 6-8hours daily
User :   if yes, minimum hours for sleep and best time to sleep ?
Doctor :   avoid stretching
Doctor :   best is to sleep by 10 and get up by 6
User :   ok
Doctor :   for having good rest to brain, and study well, and retain what you study
Doctor :   else your study effects can also go in vain
User :   what food should a student eat ?
Doctor :   diet should consist of well balanced diet with protiens
