Doctor : Hi,
Doctor : Dr here
User : Hi Dr. I have a low pulse rate of 45 bpm that i just took today.
Doctor : When was the reading taken ?
Doctor : By whom ?
User : about 10 mins ago. I used a blood pressure monitor and then took the reading myself manually from my wrist. Both done by myself.
Doctor : ok,
Doctor : Do repeat the reading after an hour
Doctor : ?
Doctor : If its still low as before i suggest you to get it recorded by a GP near your home
User : I have taken a number of readings over the last 4 days. and similar results dr. 48 was the highest bpm i recorded.
Doctor : ok , if its so i suggest you to get an ECG as early as possible
Doctor : which will help to know the cause of bradycardia
Doctor : did you record the BP , may i know the reading if taken ?
User : last bp was taken about 30 mins ago and it was 110/57 with heart bpm of 45
Doctor : the diastolic BP is low
Doctor : here is the plan , reconfirm the readings with a GP nearby your home
Doctor : and get an ECG
Doctor : which will help to know the risk and the cause
User : Ok. Will do. Thank you very much for your help. This has been great help.
Doctor : Thanks for consulting
Doctor : take care
Doctor : is there anything i can help you with ?
