User :   I was just told I have a 7.8 a1c. I've been checking my blood mulitipal times a day and I am doing pretty good with it. My quesiton is that starting yesterday i'm a bit light headed. My blood pressure 3 weeks ago when I got my results was 150ish over 80 to 90ish. I stopped drinking and eating sugar and watching my diet. I lost 8 pounds and my blood pressure is this morning 112 over 66. Im just wondering if i'm on the right track, not eating enough callories or what?
