User:Doctor i am having hypertension around 2 years back and was advised concor 5mg
User:since than i am regular walker for 30min 5 days a week with yoga
User:the doctor reduced to my dosage to concor 1.5 mg
User:is it ok to continue

Doctor:It needs to bee taken everyday
Doctor:additionally, you need to cut down on the salt also
User:but i am yet to get married and i hear from the website that its not advisable for sexually active men
Doctor:So no pickles, papad, chutneys and no adding salt on the top
User:is there any alternative medicine that i can take
User:i do feel that there is some erectile dysfunction
