User:Hi Doctor
Doctor:Proceed with your question.
User:I am enquiring regarding my wife, she is pregnant and she is entering her second trimester starting today, she has been having severe headache since three days now. She took a paracetamol yesterday and today, the headache is still persistent, wanted to check if it is alright to take mother one today.
Doctor:When did she take the first dose.
Doctor:There is no harm in taking a second dose.
User:two days ago
Doctor:She can safely take paracetamol 3-4 times in a day if headache is persisting.
Doctor:I will be concerned if headache doesn't resolve with these medicines.
Doctor:So if she doesn't feel better with paracetamol, see a doctor.
User:She has also been prescribed Asprin (75mg) by the doctor for three months, this was apparently to thin her blood due to twin pregnancy. I was wondering if it was alright to combine both aspirin and paracetamol
Doctor:paracetamol has very less antiplatelet (blood thinning property)
Doctor:she can take paracetamol with aspirin.
Doctor:Visit the doctor if she doesn't feel better.
User:alright, sure will do.
User:Thanks Doctor
Doctor:Do you have any more queries?
User:thats all for now, thanks.
