User:just wanted to know, how to i reduce my obesity?

User:weight 85
User:Are you there?
User:i walk, intake lot of water
Doctor:You can easily reduce it by making some lifestyle changes
User:eat vegetables
Doctor:You need to reduce calorie intake

User:so as to bet better results
Doctor:High calorie foods like milk products -- cheese, butter, ghee, cream , ice cream, chocolate etc, need to be avoided
User:belive me i do not take those
User:85 to 70, what am i suppose to do?
Doctor:Take nutritious food and pure drinking water
Doctor:Aerobic exercise for at least 20 min daily should help
User:As indicated above, i do that
User:walking for 4km, is also aerobic i guess

User:but still no result, what i am suppose to do?
Doctor:Also take 3 meals but stop the meal before you feel full
User:technically, indians including me follow that. No skip
