I am 24, female with 65 kg of weight. It used to be 53. I have consulted 2 nutritionists with various diet plans and cardio exercise but my weight is not reducing, in fact gaining at the rate of 1 pound per 2 weeks, especially especially around my belly area. there's no difference between my belly and hip measurement. My fasting insulin and thyroid are normal. Please help
