User:I started a workout regime to reduce my weight and to become more fit
User:Things are good so far.. just want to get an opinion from an expert before I intensify it
User:I'm doing some called freeletics
User:it has been 3 weeks now
User:and Im in balanced diet since then
User:no non veg and drinks is my first change
User:and then not taking more than 1800 calories a day
User:Do you advice to continue this for next 4 months
User:Will that have any impact ?

User:I have lost 2.5 kilos in 3 weeks now
User:im 32 now
Doctor:Let me brief you now.
Doctor:Weight loss has it health implications. However for minimal or no effects we recommend gradual and slow weight loss.
Doctor:And you seem to be doing good in this regards.
Doctor:I wouldn't allow you to loose more than 1 kg in a week. That will lead to you ill health and mal nutrition.
Doctor:Continue the current diet.
Doctor:Adding or two meals of non vegetarian diet in a week is also not bad.
Doctor:But avoid meat. Prefer to take sea food or lean chicken meat.
Doctor:I appreciate you quiting alcohol drink (if that is what you meant).
User:im not taking any nonn veg expect eg
Doctor:I understand that; but as I said taking one or two meal of non vegetarian diet will not cause any significant harm to your weigh loss programme.
Doctor:If you like non vegetarian food, you may add fish and lean chicken meat for one or two meals in a week.
Doctor:Off course that is your choice.

User:Are you aware of burpees exercise?
Doctor:About the exercise, if it isn't causing you pain and discomfort you can continue those.
User:Do you have feedback that it can cause harm to you ?
Doctor:I am not aware of burpees exercise.
Doctor:You can discuss about these freelectic exercise with a physical trainer.
Doctor:As a physician my general advice any exercise can be done if you are able to tolerate it.
