User:i have Backache and having continuous pain in my right side leg till toe, since its a sitting job, what can i do to remove this
Doctor:May i know your age ?
User:continuosly sitting could be a reason for this, some time back i had visited fortis, they said u might have prob with ciartica nerves, my age is 25

Doctor:The most likely cause of your back pain, is due to muscle strain, which occurs due to long duration of seated position, which causes rigidity in the back muscles and hence the pain.
Doctor:Sciatica, can be associated with backache, and that could be due to pressure on the nerves, as might have explained by your doctor
Doctor:the best way to reduce the pain, would be to do stretching exercises every 30-45 mins, by getting off the chair, and have a short walk.
Doctor:For the time being, you can take Crocin 500 tab, upto 3 times a day
Doctor:application of heat, will also help
Doctor:VOLINI spray can be used as and when needed
Doctor:If the pain is very severe, you can consult your doctor, who can prescribe you proper muscle relaxants, for a few days
Doctor:back stretching exercises , can be done, as and when possible

Doctor:in case, there is osteoarthritis, then depending on the severity, the treatment may depend
