User:I having high blood pressure from 2 days
Doctor:Hi. I'm sorry to hear that. How high has it gone?
User:blood pressure
Doctor:yes. When was it measured and what were the numbers like?
User:i don't have measuring instrument
Doctor:Ok. How do you know the BP was high? Who told you?
Doctor:And did they tell you how high it was at that point?
User:having breathing problem + headache +weakness
User:heart beat fast

User:No,its start sudden

User:its happened before 2 to 3 times but i leave it that problem
User:but now i feel much tired
