User :   Have hupertension since 2005 . Undermedication Tozaar 25 1 tab daily. MY BP ranges 130/85. What more needed for better management of BP? Thanks
Doctor :   please provide your age, gender, height, weight
User :   Age 45 Male, Ht- 5 feet 4 inch and weight 60 kg

Doctor :   for your age, the BP control is fine
Doctor :   the BP is under good control
Doctor :   maintain good diet with less salt and oil
Doctor :   include fruits and veg servings of 3 servings each per day
Doctor :   continue on medications as instructed.
Doctor :   get BP checked once a week or once a month if under good control
User :   I do pranayam. does it help?
Doctor :   it is said to help. if doing Yoga, avoid positions that include 'head down' positions as it will involve blood flow toards brain directly
Doctor :   and if BP is not under control at that time, then it can be dangerous
User :   I monitor BP thru automatic machine at home. Is this ok
