User:I would like to know how much water will take in a day for maintain good health ?
Doctor:The amount of water is not fixed for all individual. It depends on individual tolerance as well as presence of any other medical illness.
Doctor:On an average, if there is no renal, heart or liver disease
Doctor:each person should drink at least 6 - 8 glass of water
Doctor:which amounts to 1 or 1 1/2 liter of water.
