User:I have a question about my body weight
Doctor:please go ahead
User:It looks like to me that I have accumulated much fat around my waist
User:how can I reduce it?
Doctor:The best and surest way is by regular exercise
Doctor:along with good diet regimen
Doctor:You should exercise daily for a minimum of 30 minutes
User:okay..I actually work in night shifts and don't get time to exercise and the timings are odd
Doctor:you can do any type of exercise like jogging, swimming, playing a game like badminton, football etc
User:can you help me with any alternatives?
Doctor:You should make time for exercise
Doctor:There are no easy alternatives
Doctor:You can go for liposuction
Doctor:but that will be a costly alternative
Doctor:and the fat will accumulate again soon
Doctor:You should either exercise as soon as you come back from work
Doctor:or as soon as you wake up
User:okay... would spending 30 mins on a walk on treadmill do me any good?
Doctor:that way it will not interfere with your work
Doctor:Yes, but slowly you should increase the speed
Doctor:the point of exercising is to burn calories
Doctor:just normal walk for 30 minutes will not be of great help because that will not burn enough calories
User:okay...understood...I think I can plan a workout regime for an hour or so after my work..thanks!!
Doctor:Along with exercise you should also restrict your daily calorie intake to about 1800 to 200 Kcal
Doctor:You are welcome
User:can you help me with a diet plan?
Doctor:You can request for a diet plan from your dashboard
User:is it from "Ask a Dietician" section?
