User:i just wanted to go for full body check up.. i used to drink and smoke as well..
User:please suggest me how i cna go for it..

User:hieght is 5.6 inch and weight 80 kg.. and i wanted to reduce my weight as well

Doctor:avoid eating foods like Idli, dosas, rice, biriyanis, etc for some time

Doctor:eat oat meals , ragi balls, chapathis instead
Doctor:take the stairs instead, of the elevators
Doctor:wake up early, and go to the gym and work outwith cardio exercises and treadmill, for about 1 hr daily
