Doctor :   You have reported of continuous dull aching pain located in the lower left side of the abdomen with no other associated medical symptoms with normal periods.
Doctor :   Such pain can occur due to the following causes
Doctor :   1. Ovarian and uterine causes such as ovarian cyst, uterine fibroid and others.
Doctor :   2. Renal conditions such as recurrent infections, renal stones, renal cysts.
