User :   My cholestrol level specially triglicerides dont seem to come down despite having a great diet and regular exercise
User :   Do you think it is a good idea to meet up with a dietician as well

User :   I walk for 50 minutes every day in the morning

User :   Strangely my brother does not have it but my father does
User :   I am already in consultation with my cardiologist
User :   and met him almost a year back. I take 2.5mg Amlodipine + 25mg Atenol every morning for my blood pressure
User :   I dont smoke and drink beer once every 3 months or 4 months that too 600ml

User :   I dont smoke and my age is 38 (as on 7th July)

User :   As I said I consume Beer once every 3 months thats it

User :   Yes Fasting blood sugar and post prandial blood sugar is very normal

User :   I dont eat Non-Veg
User :   I am am pure vegetarian and eat outside once a year or so

User :   of eating ground nuts (only roasted in an empty pan) May be I eat around 100 gm monthly twice
User :   Will Fenolip not help in reducing the TG's and LDL

User :   What about ground nuts Doctor
User :   I heard quite a lot about ground nuts
Doctor :   Everything in moderation

Doctor :   I have better suggestion, switch to walnutss

User :   Yes I eat walnuts too for break fast along with a host of other fresh fruits
User :   but this "nut" costs a fortune
