User :   my triglycerides are it worrisome?

User :   shud i start medication?

User :   age: 30 weight: 79 height: 171 cms

Doctor :   You are very young , and this high level indicates a very big risk factor .
Doctor :   Do you consume alcohol ?
Doctor :   Do you smoke ?
User :   yes i consume alcohol and i smoke
Doctor :   These are two major risk factors, You should seriously think about quitting these both or you may land up in complications at a young age
Doctor :   2. You need to start on medication, like losart or statins to control lipid levels.
User :   by stopping these two things will the triglycerides come down automatically without medication?
Doctor :   You need to temporarily use and once they are down , you can say good bye to them .
3. Please adopt to healthy diet style.

User :   i consume lots of non-veg fod also, shud i stop this completely?
Doctor :   5. Have raw onion and garlic every night to increase good choleterol and decrease bad cholesterol.
Doctor :   6.You can have non-veg food but avoid oily and junk and fatty diet, have egg white not yellow, grilled chicken legs and wings , not liver, no mutton, no prawn, this hould be your non-veg diet plan
