Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   What is the treatment line proposed?
User :   leep and also, laser on my labia, they detected hpv, but that is it
Doctor :   Ok

User :   yes
Doctor :   affected tissue I mean to say
Doctor :   that is the definitive line of treatment
User :   yes
User :   just curious if at my age will this hpv go away?
Doctor :   Yes, it does after the procedure
Doctor :   Age is not a criteria for treatment
Doctor :   but fertility does get affected

User :   well, is it common to transmit hpv to children - with simple kiss or sharing drinks?
Doctor :   It can affect children during delivery
Doctor :   not by simple kiss or sharing drinks
Doctor :   it is mainly transmitted through the genital organs
User :   yes, this is what I thought - after my surgery, is it possible to have moderate to severe dysplasia again?
Doctor :   Recurrence rate is less

Doctor :   about 20% of cases
User :   20 percent have reoccurence?
Doctor :   Yes, that is not now

Doctor :   it is in the entire lifetime
Doctor :   anytime later
User :   yes
Doctor :   not immediately
Doctor :   but 8 out of 10 people do not

Doctor :   so you should hope to be one among those 8
User :   yes, thank you for answering my questions - regarding my question on a simple kiss to children, my partner is concerned about transmitting it to his kids and parents
Doctor :   Not a route of transmission
Doctor :   so do not worry about it
Doctor :   Get him counselled with your doctor
User :   thank you, I have no more questions at this time - yes, this is what I told him
User :   I will ask my doctor if he can talk with him
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting, bye for now

User :   this is a good idea
Doctor :   Yes, it is
User :   bye
User :   and thank you
