User :   hello sometimes after i eat i feel like my heartbeat is coming out of my chest. it beats normal but it feels very strong and this also happens when i am getting a heartburn attack..i have been suffering from gerd for 6 months now and take prilosec otc 20mg 2x a day. i keep a check on my blood pressure and its 115 71 and pulse 65.. what can this be
