High fever and back ache while coughing - Online Doctor Chats

User :   My 4 year old daughter woke up this morning with high fever. 104 at 7am and dosed her with 1.5ml Ibuprofen. At 9am she was only down to 103.2 so i gave her 1/5 ml aceto. at 10:15am she finally dropped to 101 and at noon here remains cool. she does appear to have hard green snot (when she sneezed) and complained that her back ached when she coughed. anything to be worried about?
