User :   My blood sugar was tested yesterday morning before having anything to eat, but a little soda & it was 388. I have not had my sugar checked before then so I've not yet been diagnosed with being diabetic. I went and bought a monitor to check it. Yesterday I checked it before and after I ate dinner, it went from 270 to 254. This morning it was 260 upon waking up. Then after eating breakfast it shot up to 444. Do I need to go to the ER if I feel okay? I also have a heart condition, I had the XXXXXXXX procedure - valve replacement in 1997. I'm 27 years old today. Thanks!
Doctor :   Hi

Doctor :

Doctor :
