User :   Hi! Doc, I'm a very healthy male 37 year old I work out 5 days a week. I believe I have herpes I have Ben breaking out with little clusters of soars and they are filled with clear fluid. I take many supplements. My list: protien, bcaa, creatine, multiple vitamin, b-complex, zinc, calcium magnesium, c vitamin. I did some research on herpes and trying to change my diet a bit. I stopped taking nitric oxide and trying to cut my l-arginine intake but it's still not working. I break out last a week or so it heals and then a week layer it starts again in almost the same areas at different times. Never seen a doctor but I'm sure I have it, just by the research I've done. What am I doing wrong. I also added l-lysine to my supplements I was told it refuses the l-arginine with causes the break outs but I'm getting them more frequently.
