User :   17 yo female with upper adom pain, chronic diarrehea, vomiting, avoided certain foods for years, now cant drink milk hyaline casts, bilirubin in urine

User :   now wants to test for chron's though we def think is gallbladder

User :   potassium bottomed out bc of diarrehea, has lost 10 pounts in one week

Doctor :   Was not the CT scan of the abdomen or Ultrasound scan done to rule out Gall bladder problem
Doctor :   Insist on HIDA scan with your doctor if you suspect Gall bladder.
User :   gallbladder sonogram done 1.5 years ago, no stones, so no follow up which I know now that is not indicative and can not detected blocked biliary duct
User :   chron's is more often lower abdomenial pain correct? She is positive for teh murphy test
Doctor :   Right now the doctor should be able to revive the potassium and then investigate further

User :   thank you. we go to an gastroentrologist tomorrow, the PCP has suggested both hida and barium xray but we will do teh HIDA first

User :   yes, one can't eliminate just bc age group. IN addition since the increasing of these "attacks" she is terribly itchy to the point of unbearable

Doctor :   No they do not reveal endocrine masses
