User :   I have recently been diagnosed as a Hep B inactive Carrier, as my father was. Am I safe to have a yellow fever vaccination for travel?

User :   I am almost 54 female.
Doctor :   well there is no contraindication to yellow fever vaccination if you are a Heb B inactive carrier

User :   Ok, so the side effects would not be a problem for me then? My husband has booked a trip to kenya, Masai and read today that I need yellow fever and malaria tabs so you think I would be safe to take both those and no other risks ?

User :   OK, thank you. I have been married for 36 years, only partner and bit of a shock to find out few months ago a carrier so still getting used to the idea, trip was a surprise so didn't think of these things until today. Very helpful thank you

User :   Only that I take Lansoprazole or Pantazol for my reflux problem
