User :   i have been suffering from headaches for nearly a month and wont go doctors due to knowing its mostly down to alcohol and been having chest pain too

User :   mainly when i wake up and they go one all day

User :   mostly everyday i drink yes
Doctor :   What is the frequency of headache in a week?
User :   fequency?

User :   oh right, would say at least 4 times aweek many times more
Doctor :   Which part of the head does it ache?
User :   mainly by temple of right hand side and beind eyes
Doctor :   Now say about the chest pain? When is it and which part of the chest?
User :   its shooting pains right in the middle of chest and i dont get these until i sit down and try and relax

User :   i try not to walk when i got it as when i had it before i couldnt catch my breath when it started while i was out
User :   the grade of chest pain when it starts is about a 7
Doctor :   My suggestion to you is stop having alcohol for three days and check if you get these pains again
Doctor :   Secondly, while having alcohol you should have enough amount of water say 1 litre
User :   i tried doing that before and it didnt work
User :   i even saw my gp and she took blood and nothink came up
Doctor :   I am worried about the chest pain which is of high intensity
Doctor :   I am not sure if it is stomach in origin
Doctor :   Alcoholism can cause gastritis and cause such chest pain
Doctor :   I suggest you to meet the GP and get referred to Gastroenterologist
Doctor :   You need a course of Antacids in the form of Proton pump inhibitors

Doctor :   1) Do not have alcohol on empty stomach
Doctor :   2) Have ample amount of fluids ( non carbonated) mixed with alcohol
User :   yeah kind of, but i went doctors last time and had blood tests and nothing came up and i don think she will even relise theres a problem again
Doctor :   3) It is important to avoid alcohol if you have chest pain
User :   ok but i dont think i will be able to not have it, its my life these days its the only thing that keeps me going and wakes me up
Doctor :   You can give a pause if you have determination
Doctor :   It is not a difficult task
User :   it is when all i ever known is alcohol since i was a kid my whole family was based around it and thats what makes me a usless person who doesnt deserve anythink

User :   nobody does so dont exspect you to
Doctor :   Your problems will not be solved just by having alcohol during these times
Doctor :   You have to realize the fact that it is important to take care of yourself
