User:pl suggest me a way out of this problem
Doctor:1. Telogen effluvum which is abnormal variation in the normal hair cycle physiology. Here numerous hair fall off at a particular period triggered by stress (physical/mental), infection and other recent triggers.
Doctor:They resolve when the triggers are removed and hair starts to grow again in the next 3-6 months.
Doctor:2 Hair fall is also associated with dandruff. Since you been suffering with it, may be that could be worsening hair loss.
User:how to stop then
Doctor:3. Nutritional deficiency - a diet especially lacking with vitamins and minerals can cause hair fall.
Doctor:4. Hormonal and genetic factors.
Doctor:These are the common causes of hair fall.
Doctor:The steps to treat it are as follows:
Doctor:1. It is important that you located your triggers and rectify it.
Doctor:As stressors are a common causes, I suggest you to follow a good sleep, regular meals, physical exercise and a healthy life style.
Doctor:They will stop telogen effluvum and stimulate new hair growth.
Doctor:2. Use good antidandruff shampoo to treat dandruff.
Doctor:Nizoral or 8x shampoo - I recommend.
Doctor:Use this shampoo thrice a week for 3-4months regularly.
Doctor:Use this shampoo on the scalp and not Hair. Rub and massage the scalp and wash hair after 3 minutes.
Doctor:3. Consume a diet XXXXXXX in fruits and vegetables.
User:can i use conditioner after shampoo?
Doctor:You need to take plenty of root vegetables - radish, beetroot, ginger, carrot and others are a must.
Doctor:4. You can use a good conditioner after shampooing.
Doctor:Do not comb when the hair is wet.
Doctor:5. Oiling the hair is recommended. You can use simple coconut oil for the same.
User:pl suggest conditioner also
Doctor:6. Take biotin tablets once a day for 2-3 months.
Doctor:Any conditioner which you been using every day can do.
Doctor:I expect you to see good results with these measures (if you follow them religiously) in 3-4 months.
Doctor:If they persist, then I recommend you to visit a dermatologist.
Doctor:He/she can then prescribe you minoxidil containing solution for local application.
Doctor:Have you followed?
User:waht is this minoxidit, hw it wil resolve
Doctor:It is a medicated solution which has to be used only under medical supervision.
Doctor:It acts locally and increase blood supply to the scalp triggering hair growth.
Doctor:As there have been some side effects reported, this would be your last resort.
Doctor:Have you followed?
User:ohh..with doctors' advice only we hve to use it right?
Doctor:Yes. The solution needs to be taken only under medical supervision.
Doctor:A dermatologist will know about this solution and can rightly advice you the percentage you may need and how to use it, etc.
Doctor:So do consider visiting a dermatologist, if hair fall issue is persistent despite the other measures.
User:ohh k presently as you said the tips i wil follow
Doctor:you can consider visiting dermatologist if symptoms persist.
User:after hw many month i hve to see the result
User:like 2 months or 3 months/.

Doctor:It may take upto 3-4 months for you to see significant improvement in dandruff.
Doctor:only after the dandruff issue is solved will you be able to see good results with hair.
Doctor:So be patient and follow the measures suggested to you religiously.
Doctor:Have you followed?

Doctor:You are welcome.
User:hair growth also will stop
User:after certain length
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
User:for everyone it will not grow >
Doctor:The length of hair one has is determined by genetic factors.
User:and i forgot to tell u one thing..dandruff for me like a small kind of white color boll in the hair root
User:we can name it as dandruff only or something else
Doctor:One could have long hair initially, however the various factors which I mentioned earlier can influence the genetic factor which in turn will decide the length of hair.
