User :   Hi Dr. XXX. My period was due on 9/21/10. On 9/24/10 I woke up early in the morning with bad cramps in my lower abdomen area. I thought it was my period (I have had bad cramps in the past. My period never came and every once in a while, I get mild cramps since

Doctor :   It common for few women to have cramps before the period and also during the bleeding phase
Doctor :   Its caused mainly due to Hormonal imbalances
Doctor :   During periods
Doctor :   Avoid Fatty foods during periods
Doctor :   Adn also try using Warm water filled Glass botlles
Doctor :   Roll then over the lower abdomen will have good releif

Doctor :   Then can opt for pain killers and antiospasmoidics
