User :   Ive been hearing my heart beat in my ear for about a year now. It keeps me up at night and I lose countless hours of sleep. I just recently got over an ear infection and this only made it worse for me. Ive also experince migrains about once a week. These are so bad that I need to be in a quiet room with no one around or else it gets worse and the pounding heartbeat in my ear makes the migrains that much worse. I have not been to my doctor about this because I dont know if this is a concern or not. Should I be concerned?
Doctor :   hi
Doctor :   Dr AAAAAAA here
