User :   hi..its been some 5-6 months since i woke up fresh..what could be the reason?
User :   i feel too hard to wake up early in the morning..when i say early, even waking up at 7 is an issue

User :   ya sure..even the sound of drums won't be enough to wake me up!

User :   i used to..used to play a lot..but since the past 1-1.5 yrs its been close to nil..don't find time

User :   Ya..could be more actually, but that's when i started realizing the same..i spoke to a doc about 2 months back..he said it s because of lack of physical work and heavy dinner (after which we sleep immediately)
User :   since then, i have tried to cut down on the amt of food i have at night

User :   Hi the previous chat still alive..u asked abt smoking and boozin..yes i do smoke..abt 3 cigarettes a day..and have about 2 bottles of beer every week
