Doctor :   first you may need to get a CT or MRI of the spine to check if you have spondylosis
User :   whats that
Doctor :   if the pain you have radiates from the upper neck to the shoulder and then to the arm and hands, this could be a sign of nerve pressure in the cervical vertebrae
Doctor :   spondylosis is due to muscular spasm due to pressure on the C spine
User :   my legs been shaking the shaking is inside my legs
Doctor :   if everything else is normal, and you have no spine issues, you might be having fibromyagia, which can be treated with medications like cymbalta,
Doctor :   first you can see your regular doctor, who can get some blood tests including a complete blood count, ESR, etc
Doctor :   he can examine you, and then determine the cause as spondylosis, vertebral osteoarthritis , or fibromyalgia and initiate required treatment
Doctor :   in the mean time, try pain releivers including motrin or advil

Doctor :   based on the history and description of your pain, fibromyalgia is the most possible cause
Doctor :   as the MRI and other tests have been normal

Doctor :   a MRI of the spine for spondylosis
Doctor :   fibromyalgia can be diagnosed clinically

Doctor :   you just see your doctor
Doctor :   and he will do the needful
