User :   doctor i'm a male and i'm 26 yrs old

User :   i get headache very frequently

User :   and after that i'm much better off with sinus
User :   but i still keep getting headaches
User :   i take dart tablet each and every time when i get headache

User :   soemtimes it painat the back of the head or sometimes the whole head
User :   it kind of starts in the morning very gradually and becomes severe in the evening
User :   i try to bear and sleep thinking that my head ache will but in the end i land up taking dart

Doctor :   there are many causes for head ache since you have had one of them better to get a second opinion

User :   and more ever i'm working in an environment which is fully air conditioned, and i dont have time to exercise and i also dont drink much water

Doctor :   close the air vent in your room to avoid the AC

Doctor :   as told see the ENT doc for second opinion

Doctor :   you will get a clear diagnosis
User :   and one nore thing doctor.....whenever i dont pass my motion properly i get headache
Doctor :   yes a rise in intraabdominal pressure will cause head ache use laxatives they will help you with thqt

Doctor :   they help to soften your stool( feces)so that you do not constipate
