User :   Since from 3 days, I am having mild fever, body ache and pain some kind of pain around eyes
User :   Have taken Crocin and Nice
User :   ok. Is there any running nose, or flu like symptoms associated?

User :   No running nose. But feeling very tired
User :   is there watering , redness in the eyes?
User :   Some very little dry cough
User :   are you feeling better with the medications that you have taken?
User :   Nothing
User :   Yes
User :   what other symptoms are you having?
User :   Soon after that, I am feeling better and subsequently I am getting this
User :   This is second day
User :   Nothing more
User :   please provide your age, gender, location, occupation, height, weight, details of past medical illness if any.
User :   Eyes are litle paining, have throat ithcing that to not too often
User :   follow these recommendation for next 2-3 days, and if not better you would require an examination and treatment with antibiotics

User :   1) do warm salt water gargling 2-4 times a day
User :   ok
User :   2) continue to take crocin , if not better with that take Tab. Dolo 650 2 times a day

User :   3) do steam inhalation, it will relieve headache
User :   Y'day has headache
User :   But its relieved after taking Dart
User :   4) for dry cough take Benadryl syrup or honey with tulsi leaves juice and pepper two times a day

User :   follow these and see if your symptoms are relieved, if not
User :   the an examination by an ENT specialist to look for possible infections shold be done
User :   and if any infection is found, then it should be treated with appropriate antibiotics

User :   no, since symptoms are better with medications, only the supportive treatment would do, if these fail then antibiotics should be started
