User :   am suffering wit my head

User :   yes its been a while

Doctor :   get a general check up by a Physician as you may be having Migraine and that will need some drugs to prevent it.
Doctor :   Meanwhile rest in a dark, quiet room with compresses with a cool cloth over your head.
User :   i have done a CT scan but the doctor say he sees nothing

Doctor :   Most head aches dont have any findings in the CT scan.
