User :   i am having severer cocyx bone pain since yesterday....for the same kind of issue i was referred to an oniment by one of your online doctors some 6 months back
User :   now again i started getting the pain, and misplaced the oinment name

Doctor :   apply around the bone three to four times a day
User :   no doctor it starts with the letter M and it will be in green color

User :   in my head i am having towards left side of the head and often it keeps shifting from left to right and front to back...not all at the same time, but it keeps shifting from one side to the other when i am lying on the pain side

User :   no doctor, it will a just like a normal day...but i get tensed often due to my heavy work load, but last weeks issue was totally fragmented...i was normal since evening ( i work In night Shifts) suddenly it shoot up to more as hours goes by

User :   no doctor i was in nightshifts for almost 5 yrs

User :   yes, very recently it started
Doctor :   This may be Tension headaches or Migraine headaches. But I think it is probably Tension headache. This is one kind of heache
Doctor :   excess stress, usually occurs in the evening after long stressful work hours
Doctor :   Sleep deprivation also causes this headaches

Doctor :   Uncomfortable stressful position and/or bad posture, Eyestrain, aggraves the attacks

Doctor :   However when there is severe pain, you can use Combiflam tablet 4 times a day.
Doctor :   Along with the pain meds, take Paantop 40mg once a day
User :   and this is for (paantop)
Doctor :   Infact, when you feel nauseated, take Pantop-D which has some medication for nausea and vomiting

User :   Pantop D and paantop 40 mg are different to each other right
Doctor :   Pantop D had additional medication fro nausea

Doctor :   You can Emecet 4 mg three times a day when you have severe vomiting
Doctor :   So combiflam and Pantop D will work better
