User : I have continuous head ache and vomitting sensation ,specially in mornings i feel it more

Doctor : how long have you been having this problem?
User : for a long time...Initially i thought it could be sinus so i took some tablets for it.but past 5 to 6 months i m having this kind of head ache n it will stay for a week .
Doctor : Which part of your head is the pain in? can you pinpoint a one particular location?
User : usuallyy early morning i have vomitting sensations also

User : i can feel it just above my eye brows
User : mornings when i get uo i feel my head so heavy ..behind my head
Doctor : Can you describe what kind of pan it is- throbbing/ pricking- something else?
User : i feel sort of tension in my eyes n intence pain in head
Doctor : Is there any thing you do that makes this headache better/worse- like watching TV, reading etc?
User : i feel better if i m at home..usually sundays i have teh pain in mornings but it gets better by afteroon
User : n also when i get up late n relax tehn dont feel vomitting sensation also
Doctor : Do you have any other problems like giddiness/ difficulty in getting sleep?

User : i dont usually get sleep easily...it may take around 1 hr to sleep
User : i dont have giddiness but soem times i have noticed i just feel i dont get balance if i suddendly get up from bed or bend my head n take soemthing..but it or soem secoonds

User : no not yet
User : i felt its a sinus so i took tablets for it

User : now since its getting worse i feel i should consult a doctor

User : but do i feel this vommitng bcoz of BP
Doctor : Sinusitis can cause such severe headaches- but you will have associated symptoms like nose block/ dry cough as well

User : i come from a hill station so i always have the problem..
Doctor : Stress can cause headaches- especially if you have not been able to sleep well, stress also causes acidity / gas- which can make you feel a vomiting sensation early in the morning

User : ok i will consult a doctor..should i consult any specialist for this
