User :   i always feel severe headache whenever i go out in sun shine

User :   more than 15 yrs if i remember the past correctly
Doctor :   can you pin point a location for your headache?
Doctor :   do you have any eye burning/ watering?
User :   entire head mostly above the eyes
Doctor :   any nausea/ giddiness or vomiting?
User :   even the eyes also

User :   none of the Doctors i have visited so far have been able to guide me in the right direction
Doctor :   could you describe in detail what exactly happens during the headache- how long do you have to be in th sun for it to start?
User :   everybody is following the common formula of getting all the check-ups done
User :   anytime i go out in sun, i feel my eyes are not able to tolerate the sun shine
User :   after 15-20 mins i start feeling headache

User :   that is the reason i never go out for playing also

User :   i feel everything starts from eyes only

User :   everybody tells to do scan

User :   then some medicines which are of no use

Doctor :   a scan - or anything else that has been advised by the specialists in the hospitals that you have gone to?
User :   ys scan has been done everytime i go to a consultant
Doctor :   what did the Ct- report say?
Doctor :   *CT
User :   nothing
User :   normal as per the specialists
Doctor :   Do you drink alcohol or smoke?
User :   someone said synos
User :   no
Doctor :   do you have a nose block/ face pain?
User :   i was smoking 5 yrs back

User :   it starts from the eyes to the upper part
User :   somebody suggested to do eye chk up
User :   but that too is normal
Doctor :   have you had an eye check up?
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   You said - one specialist said you have sinusitis- was that ruled out as well?
User :   he was from Mallaya hospital. but another doc from Manipal said no sign of sinusitis
User :   whatever is there is normal\
Doctor :   So basically- you have seen all possible specialist - Neurologist/ ENT and Ophthalmologist and - no cause for your headache has been diagnosed
User :   somebody said my nerves are not strong enough to tolerate the sun shine
Doctor :   what was your BP?
User :   normal
User :   120-130/90-95
User :   i think i am yet to refer a neurologist
Doctor :   That is on the higher side
User :   it should be 80-90 /120 right>
Doctor :   a diastolic of over 80 is high( the lower level of the BP)
User :   then it was 80-85
Doctor :   ok
User :   i don't remember the figure but it was normal
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   have you ever had a head injury at any time- fall/ acicdent?
User :   no
Doctor :   So- if you don't go out in the sun- then this headache never comes at all- for example
User :   during my childhood days i used to vommit when i was travelling by bus
User :   yes
Doctor :   when working for a long time in front of the computer etc
User :   no prob
Doctor :   from the information you have given- it most probably sounds like a atypical migraine headache
User :   ok. what needs to be done for that?
User :   does it have any heel?
Doctor :   there is no cure for this problem
User :   hmmm
Doctor :   but from what you said- that sunlight bring it on
Doctor :   and once it is there- noise makes it worse
Doctor :   and you feel better after a pain medication and sleep
Doctor :   it seems to be the most likely possibility
User :   also if i get fresh cool air continuously for sometime, headache reduces to most extent
Doctor :   Do you have any other health problems/ any allergies?
User :   not as such
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   what you can do is make sure you wear adequate protection like a hat/ full sleeves including sunglasses- which you already do) when you go out in the sun
Doctor :   and try to see if any foods trigger your headaches
User :   even then it happns sir
User :   foods like?
Doctor :   there are foods like- chocolate, nuts, cheese
Doctor :   bringal
User :   i don't take any of them
User :   bringal i take but less
Doctor :   alcohol, pickled or marinated foods
User :   not much
Doctor :   aginimoto
User :   once a month
Doctor :   it varies greatly from person to person
User :   ok
Doctor :   so these are the common foods
Doctor :   keep a note book/ diary and write down what foods you have had before- when you get the headache
User :   will it be possible to check my case with any of your collegues who have done their specialization in these cases of medicine?
User :   irrespective of what i take the case is same
Doctor :   If you do find a pattern of foods causing headache- then you will know what to avoid
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   It will be possible to check out/ discuss your case with my colleagues/ seniors
