User :   I mostly have a slight neck pain in the morning when i get up....and as teh day progresses in leads to haedache along with neck pain...
User :   sometimes it is terrible

User :   it is not recently that i got it done...i have been facing this problem for around 2 yrs now

User :   i got it done around 8-9 months back

Doctor :   After the last time, did you see any doctor for this condition?
User :   no...because prior to my last visit to the doctor also i had visisted doctors a couple of times.....where teh outcome was quite normal...

Doctor :   After going through the description provided by you, I feel that you might be suffering with cervical spondylosis.
User :   ya...eveni was suspecting this...that when i got all teh tests done and may be 2-3 times....but teh xray didnot show that..
Doctor :   This is a condition producing inflammation of the joints in the neck producing pain and discomfort.
Doctor :   The main treatment of this condition would be neck exercises.
User :   ok
Doctor :   Yes, some times x ray doesn't reveal the findings and requires prolonged disease to see a change in the x ray.
User :   ok
Doctor :   As you are already following exercises i would suggest you to see a physiotherapist for the exercises.

Doctor :   and for time being can take tab DOLO 500 mg three times a day for five days.
User :   ya...i do it at times now as well
Doctor :   Along with this you can do hot fomentaton which will help in soothing the inflammation and reducing the pain.
User :   where can i get cervical pillows?
Doctor :   As you are using a soft pillow or sometime no pillow, I would suggest you to change it to a semi soft pillow as this would support the neck or can opt for cervical pillows.
User :   ok...any pharmacy shop that you can recommend
Doctor :   Cervical pillows are available with the pharmacist.
Doctor :   You can ask a pharmacist. they usually sell them.
