Doctor:Good morning
User:Good Morning
Doctor:Please proceed with your query
User:30yrs old
User:Since morning I have sudden lower back pain
User:I am not sure why
Doctor:The sudden pain happens due to a muscle spasm
User:Is this which you can help me with
User:Oh ok
Doctor:You can take simple analgesics like Dolo for this
User:Hmmm I am litle concerned of taking oral tabs because my periods have crossed the due date
Doctor:Since it is of acute onset and sudden, it should go away soon with Dolo and back rest
User:I have doubts that I could be pregnant
User:not sure might be
Doctor:You could probably do a home urine pregnancy test then
Doctor:and check if you are pregnant
User:yeah I have to its just a week delayed
User:Doc asked me to wait atleast for 10 days & then check on my 40th day
User:is it so or will I get to know now
User:because I did a test just the 2nd day of my missed periods & it was negative
Doctor:Yes, you can wait for 10 days but it can be done after 7 days of missing the period as well
User:ok, the problem is I have pcos problem

Doctor:Yes, it may be that you are pregnant
Doctor:But it is too early to comment
User:I know
User:I have not come to conclusion anyways I will wait & see
