i m facing too much backpain

2 weeks
Pain is in the lower back on the left side, bit upper side, right and center portion is all okayâ¦.

left is okay
does the pain travel to the legs?

any kind of numbness/tingling/muscle weakness?
no it started suddenly
i never felt any issue in past

recently we have got laptops issued
and wehave to carry it daily
that could be a contributing factor
i preferbly carri it on my right sholder
and secondly it could be a postural problem

So there are few things you should be doing
what should i do
first, buy a shoulder bag like the one we used to carry to school
the one which you put on both shoulders
thats first
i usually sit straight
second, while sitting standing etc
maintain a proper posture

and roam around for few min in every 2 hrs

Also
sleep straight on a firm mattress
and keep a pillow below the knees

then a pillow between your knees
