User:I use homeopathy and I took medicines for gastric
User:No pain is not there when I breathe
User:Just like that it come sand goes
User:Later I came to office and I did not feel pain at that place
Doctor:when you had the food, did it get relieved?

Doctor:any high blood pressure, diabetes, etc
User:gastric problem is there
Doctor:In all probability XXXXXXX
Doctor:Its due to the gastritis
Doctor:I am not sure how effective Homeopathy is
User:2 to 3 weeks back abdomen scanning is done and everything came fine
Doctor:It would be normal in gastritis
Doctor:This is a condition where the lining of your stomach gets eroded
Doctor:So what you need to do is this
Doctor:Take small meals at regular intervals
Doctor:Eat something every 2-3 hours
Doctor:No excessive tea/coffee etc

User:I dont take tea/coffee

Doctor:take ENO 1 XXXXXXX in 1 glass of water
Doctor:If you have the pain frequently
Doctor:you can take omeprazole at that time
Doctor:This drug is extremely effective
Doctor:But since this is a prescription drug
Doctor:You will need to see your physician for getting a prescription
Doctor:HAving a cup of milk
User:Another point is, more than one year back, when I got my abdomen scanning done, I got a result that choleathisis without cholecystitis for gall blader
Doctor:Avoiding pickle, chutney, papad,, etc
Doctor:is also important
Doctor:Gall bladder stones can cause your problem XXXXXXX
User:I showed the report to my doctor and he said it is a small and it may not be a gall stone also and unless there are any attack you should not be worrying
Doctor:But in your age group
Doctor:We will need to repeat a scan
Doctor:and in any case
User:In recent abdomen scan, the report came that gallbladder retracted hence they could not say whether there is any issue
Doctor:We have other tests to check for gall bladder function
Doctor:Like a HIDA scan
Doctor:But for these symptoms
Doctor:all these tests are not required
User:How do I know whether pain is related to gallstone
Doctor:We can never really know without repeating an ultrasound
User:But as I said, in the scanning done 2 weeks back it came as galbladder retracted
Doctor:We will need to repeat the scan XXXXXXX
Doctor:or do some other tests
User:Do you want me to repeat the scan again? Also, does the pain occur on empty stomach?
Doctor:But why do we want to go there
Doctor:if the pain gets relieved with antacids
Doctor:its not Gall bladder pain
Doctor:ans anyway for the gall bladder pain
Doctor:the treatment is only removing the gall bladder
Doctor:by surgery
User:hmm ok
Doctor:so for these mild symptoms
Doctor:why go through the pain
Doctor:Do you follow?
User:I will follow your suggestions and in case I have repeated pains I will contact agian
User:thank you
